Supervisory skills (introductory and advanced)

Our supervisory skills course aims to help new supervisors develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to carry out their role effectively.

What will be covered?

During this course participants will learn how to:
• analyse their personal communication style
• identify the skills and abilities needed to manage and
  lead a team
• earn the respect and trust of a team
• develop their team and themselves
• delegate tasks and authority while maintaining control
• motivate people
• give clear messages in difficult situations
