Winning new business is increasingly reliant
on the ability to pitch successfully for contracts, projects and
client accounts.
What will be covered?
During this course delegates will learn how to:
• gain understanding of the four stages of the pitching
process: research, presentation, written proposal and
negotiation
• handle the politics of pitching
• distinguish between what clients want and what they
need
• identify where pitches are won and lost
• select the right team
• put together a pitch that addresses the concerns of
the client
• deal with difficult questions
• practise delivering a winning presentation with
confidence and flair.
Performances are recorded, replayed and analysed by trainers who
combine communication skills with an understanding of the tender
process in both the public and private sectors.
