Christopher Simon-Evans is a qualified coach and consultant and has worked in the field of coaching and management development for the last 15 years. He works with business leaders, high potential managers and teams to help improve performance in areas such as: leadership, team-working, change management, behavioural change, communication skills and cross-cultural skills. Christopher has coached international managers and designed and delivered management skills seminars for many of the world's leading companies. He holds several consultancy and coaching qualifications including certificates in coaching and performance coaching. He is also a member of the Association for Coaching and a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultancy.

Anna Bentinck is a voice coach. She has 20 years’ experience working in the field of producing audio English language teaching materials, and working as a voice actor. This work includes reading many audio books, cartoon voices, presenting for BBC World Service, several BBC Dramas, and dubbing. She was trained as an actor and dancer at Arts Educational Schools and College. Anna has worked on the voices of clients in many different fields including ministers in the UK government department for work and pensions, and a number of TV presenters and senior executives in pharmaceutical companies.

Ralph Painter, a civil engineer by training, has extensive experience as a coach and mentor to managers in a wide range of public and private business sectors, including SMEs. He was head of training in the electricity supply industry, gaining a National Training Award for customer service training. Latterly he was Director of training for Grant Thornton where his business unit achieved Investor in People status. His clients include directors, chief executives, and senior managers, to whom he brings a very practical approach totally focused on fulfilling their needs. Assignments have included strategy development, leadership skills, self-management, career development, and achieving life-work balance. His professionalism, expertise, and experience as a senior line manager help him quickly develop the rapport, credibility, and trust, vital to effective coaching.

Ruth Webster has over 14 years' experience working in training and development, mostly in the not-for-profit and public sector, where she has been the Head of Training and Development for one of the UK's largest national children's charities. During her career, she has been part of a number of mergers and several large-scale organisational and cultural change initiatives. Her areas of expertise are in management and personal development, performance management, diversity issues and competence-based recruitment assessment. Ruth has set up and managed successsful internal coaching and mentoring programmes in two organisations and has herself worked as a personal mentor and coach to managers at senior and middle management levels. She is qualified to use Myers-Briggs Step 1 and 2, as well as FIRO-B, and Benchmarks (a 360 management tool designed by the Centre for Creative Leadership) and Skillscope (a 360 tool for non-managers). |
