Media and communication awareness

Our media and communication awareness programme ensures that participants understand how the media operate and shows the benefits of dealing with journalists in both a proactive and reactive way.

What will be covered?

During this course participants will learn how to:
• identify what makes journalists tick
• understand what makes news
• control the agenda
• realise the importance of key messages
• anticipate difficult questions
• work effectively with their press office.

This course is a combination of theory and group discussion. For this reason, larger groups may be catered for.
