All our trainers are practising professionals
in their field with a wealth of experience to share with participants.
With exemplary presentation skills and the ability to create a perfect
balance between theory and practice, fun and learning, our trainers
will ensure that you make the most of your day out of the office.
Our trainers include ITN and Channel 4 presenters and reporters,
an Institute of Professional Sales' 'National Sales Trainer of the
Year', an organisational psychologist and an NLP practitioner. Depending
on your specific requirements, we will choose the trainer who best
fits your need.

John Underwood was an award-winning
TV reporter and presenter for the BBC, ITV and Channel Four
before founding CLEAR, a specialist communications and training
agency, in 1991. John is a former director of communications
for the Labour Party. He has been involved in communication
training for over 15 years and has delivered media training
courses for clients from all over the world. John is a former
political journalist who now advises organisations and individuals
across Europe on communication and campaign issues. He joined
the board of Freshwater UK in June 2006.

Resli Costabell is an award-winning
international speaker, trainer, facilitator and coach. She is
an accredited practitioner of NLP (NeuroLinguistic Programming),
specialising in Emotional Intelligence. Among Resli’s
qualifications are a magna cum laude honours degree, during
which she studied psychology and mental health. Her published
scientific research was presented at the 23rd International
Conference of Psychology.
Organisations say that Resli gets real results and leaves people
feeling valued and energised. Individuals say that at Resli’s
sessions, you stretch your brain, learn a lot, and have a great
time. Her grandmother says that Resli should stand up straighter.

Ralph Painter, a civil engineer
by training, has extensive experience as a management trainer
in a wide range of public and private business sectors, including
SMEs. He was head of training in the electricity supply industry,
gaining a National Training Award for customer service training.
Latterly he was Director of training for Grant Thornton where
his business unit achieved Investor in People status. His
training expertise includes leadership, managing change, organisational
culture, performance management, team development, and customer
care. In each area he brings high-level training skills, underpinned
by his experience as a senior line manager.

Sara Jones is an experienced
media trainer in the commercial, public and voluntary sectors.
She has trained extensively across the UK and in Eastern Europe.
Sara was originally a journalist before becoming a reporter
and producer on several Radio 4 programmes including Woman's
Hour, the Today programme and You and Yours. She is a published
author with a book on environmental issues and is a contributor
to the International Encyclopaedia of Radio. |
Lloyd Bracey is a presenter,
producer, reporter and trainer. He was editor of Meridian
Tonight for four and a half years, responsible for a nightly
news magazine programme and news bulletins. He left to spend
a year producing a weekly political programme at Westminster.
He continues to work as chief journalist trainer for ITV companies
(Meridian, Anglia, HTV, Granada and Channel) and runs courses
for ITN. He has recently been presenting rolling news programmes
on the ITV News Channel and continues to train journalists
and corporate clients.

Ruth Webster has over
14 years' experience working in training and development,
mostly in the not-for-profit and public sector, where she
has been the Head of Training and Development for one
of the UK's largest national children's charities. During
her career, she has been part of a number of mergers and several
large-scale organisational and cultural change initiatives.
Her areas of expertise are in management and personal development,
performance management, diversity issues and competence-based
recruitment assessment. Ruth has set up and managed
successsful internal coaching and mentoring programmes in
two organisations and has herself worked as a personal mentor
and coach to managers at senior and middle management levels.
She is qualified to use Myers-Briggs Step 1 and 2, as well
as FIRO-B, and Benchmarks (a 360 management tool designed
by the Centre for Creative Leadership) and Skillscope (a 360
tool for non-managers).

Christopher Simon-Evans is an
international management coach and consultant, with almost
20 years' experience of helping professional people to improve
their communication and people skills, develop their careers
and achieve their full potential. His early career was spent
with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) in London and Société
Generale in Paris. Prior to becoming a trainer and consultant,
Christopher held the position of European Liaison Manager
with Deloitte where he took a lead role in developing cross-cultural
understanding and international teamwork among his European
HR colleagues.

Sian Jones is a trainer, presenter and writer and trainer.
She has presented live international news, sport and business
for Sky News, ITV, CNBC and Bloomberg TV, anchored lifestyle
shows for Granada and presented the weather for Channel 5. Sian
has a wealth of experience of corporate presentation both in
videos and live conferences and works regularly as a voiceover
artist. Early in her career Sian spent several years in Hong
Kong, writing, producing and presenting programmes.
